Hi all, Where are the good NLC in North America??? Here from Edmonton, 53.5N 113.5W, the NLC have shown up, some 14 active nights so far, but there have been no all-night displays, the maximimum elevation of NLC has been only about 10 degrees, and the majority of displays have been very faint and low in the sky. The best display was on Jul 4/5. On the last night of June we had an aurora coasting right above a patch of NLC, stay tuned for pictures. I see from Recent Sightings that we have a sighting from Washington state. Jay Brausch from North Dakota has 3 active nights so far, all of them in July. Cheers, Mark Zalcik
