Hi, A lot of cloud but there was about an hour long break through the night. The video camera picked up some nice looking NLC low down but the tropo cloud returned as it was beginning to climb in the sky. What was also noticable is that my video camera is now starting to pick up a lot more stars again. The year is moving on...! cheers, Bill.

Nice display from Forres (Moray Firth) from 2255Z but the dreaded sea fog rolled in around 2330Z to obscure it. Managed some pictures before this so will try to upload.

Being further west I had clear sky for a bit longer though the horrible sea fog arrived around 01.50UT. I doubt that I will be so lucky tonight. www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEXVCMSs4woImage at 22.48 UT Jimmy
