As you may be aware there were no observations from AIM for the summer 2017 NLC season due to changes in the spacecraft orbit. Spaceweather.com has shown the Antarctic NLC season 'Daily Daisy's' but there is no sign of the Northern ones on their website. The AIM website at lasp.colorado.edu/aim/browse-images.php?dataset=pmc is not clear as it appears to state that they hoped to resume observations later in the summer of 2017. However there is no information about the 2018 Northern Hemisphere season. In an effort to clarify this I have emailed the contact on the AIM page above to ask if summer 2018 Daily Daisy's will be available. I will update this message if I get a reply. John Murrell

I have had a reply from Prof. Cora Randall as follows:
'Yes, we will be providing daily daisies for the NH18 season. We believe we may have detected the first clouds of the season in preliminary data from 23 May, but are double-checking this. There is a 6-day delay between measurements and definitive data, but I expect to begin posting data to our website within the next few days.
I apologize for the delay; as you suspected, we’ve been working on retrieval issues related to our changing orbit, which have affected the north differently than the south.
Best, Cora'
So the Daily Daisy's should be available soon. Hope the NLC arrive as well.
