Moderate display, 3:45am 30th June 2018, Torbay, UK

I'd almost given up on NLC last night, but about 3am a luminous band appeared just above the horizon; and within 30mins had developed into a pretty decent display - these are between 3:45am and 4am. I walked back as the dawn light got brighter; but could still see detailed wisps high in the sky about 4:30am. It wasn't bright, but it was wide and quite high, well above Capella by the end. Very happy . .. . (The pano is fish-eyed cus I was too hasty with levelling my gorillapod; nevermind, looks ok!)

Great pictures, especially like the beach huts...little do the people that use them during the day know what wonders of the sky grace the night

Thanks yea those beach huts are very photogenic, will try more pics with those ..
