What time was it (UT), please, and how long was the exposure? ... so this must have been quite a bright NLC display. Hi, exposure was 1 sec, ISO 200, 2.8/50mm (2 images), 00:39 + 00:40 UTC. That was a little bit too late I think. The sky began brighten more + more. The image above is a little bit post processed, so the real view was with lower contrast. Regards, Olaf
