I guess this is the best way to report these.
Again nothing seen from my location in Norway, even though the weather continues to be perfect.

Hi, After weeks of unbelievably good daytime weather (for this part of the world), finally there is a completely clear night, not a cloud in the sky, fantastic transparency, absolutely beautiful and the only NLC we get is a No Luck Chaps! Not a thing. However mid June in Scotland with the best weather we've had for a long time and it's baltic.... It bottomed out about 20mins later at a lovely +0.2 deg C. Gives a whole new meaning to chilly for June!

I was looking from sundown till about midnight local time last night and despite a great view of the twilight arch there were no NLC. Was the first proper clear night for a while aswell - typical! It certainly is being a chilly june in places Bill!

The evening started at about 4 deg c at 11.00pm and slowly cooled but then around 2am it really dipped. It can be quite cold even in the summer here but on the west coast it usually is a couple of degrees warmer than the bulk of the landmass. It had warmed to a balmy 1 deg C at 3am, I was glad to get to bed! A down jacket on in June is quite bizarre. Them are the joys...
