That's a beauty of a picture.
I've had a few problems getting reports to Tom as well. Are you using the online reporting form on the Observers Homepage?
Tom's looking into this to see if there is a problem.

I have also had problems reporting the July 9/10 display...only saw it for 5 minutes in a small cloud break. I see that Tom has mentioned it elsewhere and is asking for people to test the system.

and i want to share a timelapse i made 9-10 July from Denmark
with a samsung es25 pocket camera on a tripod
been fascinated with nlc since i first saw them in 2009

Great video and images! Just shows how NLC are ideal for those who don't normally get to see things in the sky at night due to light pollution!
