I run automaticaly a Canon PowerShot G5 camera taking pictures every night at the rate of 1 frame every 30s (i earlier movies 1 frame/sec). I resize them to 600x800 (and sign them) using IrfanView batch processing facility and then use PhotoLapse freeware downloaded from home.hccnet.nl/s.vd.palen/ to make a movie (at a rate 10 frames/sec). I compress the movie using a codec - Microsoft Windows Media Video 9 at a quality level 95. Jacek
