Karoly Jonas had observed it from Budapest, Hungary.
I'm really sorry to miss it, I checked the sky at 2:30 AM (usual beginning of the dawn display here is around 2:15 AM) and saw nothing, but half an hour later the NLC appeared. I will get more details from the observer and ask him to officially submit the observation too.
