At 11:30 UT (3:30 AM local), NLC is fading. Elevation is a bit higher indicating a movement toward the SW. Azimuth 030-100 degrees and elevation 15-25 degrees. Two loosely organized bands composed of shorter, straight bands. The lower band had structures resembling billows/waves, but not well developed. The lower band also has a sharp lower (NE) edge. Brightness level 1. Should be gone in 20 minutes. Note: the local time seems off-center of midnight because we are in a large time zone and celestial time follows clock time by more than an hour.
