Lovely sky colours and composition there - well done Spaceweather is reporting extensive NLCs over Europe last night - none seen by me tho as there was heavy rain moving over.

Well done and great to see that you finally caught some NLC! Another low latitude sighting of this display was made from Austria. I you can fill the online form at www.nlcnet.co.uk/submit.htm I'll include your report on the provisional listings. Tom

Tom, thanks, I've submitted the form. It's a pity that my friends (the other Hungarian observers, Ragnell and Alex Farkas) are abroad on holiday now so they could't see the display...

Congratulation to the NLC observation in Hungary! I watched this first display of this year at Schlaegl (most north western part of Austria). I took some images but they are still in my camera.
