NLC June 23-24

Hi

After a couple of cloudy days finally I was able to observe some NLCs

So here goes:
Location: Riga (Latvia)
Time: 2205 - 2240 (Still observing but still there is some huge cloud in east)
elevation: 25 - 30 DEG
Azimuth: 320 - 005
Brightness : 1 (maybe at some parts 2)
Forms: I, IIab

And another question: If I submit a report, how can I add images in the comments section - should I use simple XXX URL tag?

Hi Robert and thanks for the alert and images! That looks to be a very good display you have.

You can use either the image or url tags. If using the image tag then please make sure the image is no longer than 800 pixels wide to avoid stretching the forum.

I am clouded out at the moment from N. Ireland but looking forward to seeing more of your images tonight.

There were also some NLCs in the evening in Hungary today from 9:40 to 11:20 PM
