:)I observed the NLC in Crystal clear sky apart from some thick low cloud on the morning of June 14th. I took a series of photo between 1.00 and 2.30 BST outside Letterkenny. The display was type 3 brightness, 20 degrees high and about 150 degrees in azimuth dominating the NW and N sectors, Colours range from wispy electric blue structure with whirls, waves, knots and bands, Peary white in mid-section. ; Attachments:

Hi Jo, I know the feeling! it has rained more or less continuously at my location for 4 days now. Had nearly an inch of rain on the 18th! But keep the faith, the best displays are yet to come.... Regards, Bill.
