Having come across a number of scientific papers using NLC reports from online resources, I decided to write a brief paper that such authors might want to consider before going to print. It's in many ways a draft, certainly it will invite support and criticism alike, but is anyway submitted to promote debate and proper evaluation. The Scribd document does not appear to be readable unless made properly available by the 'author' .The following message appears :-
The owner has set this document to private. You will not be able to read it unless the owner changes it to public on their "My Documents" page, or sends you a direct link. Perhaps one has to create a Scribd account ?

Can read it now John - it's an excellent report, much food for thought, thanks for sharing. I've had people message me before asking for full rights to some of my solar photographs - I don't think so, why should they make a commercial profit from my images!
