NLC Reports and their Reliability.

Having come across a number of scientific papers using NLC reports from online resources, I decided to write a brief paper that such authors might want to consider before going to print.

It's in many ways a draft, certainly it will invite support and criticism alike, but is anyway submitted to promote debate and proper evaluation. What it most certainly is not, as I indicate in the introduction, is any attempt to criticise those who make or gather the data.

I've had people message me before asking for full rights to some of my solar photographs - I don't think so, why should they make a commercial profit from my images!
