Hi, Great images there. Here at Alness, N Scotland I had much sea fog. It eventually cleared for a while to leave a very messy sky. Had the camera running in movie mode slow frame rate. How much of this is NLC or twilight/cirrus is uncertain but a band appears in the middle of the frame around the 40 second mark. Soon masked by yet more low cloud. HD playback for best view. www.youtube.com/watch?v=9axPBAF4Y8k

Hi Jim, obviously, you had to deal with difficult conditions - but succesfully . Here's a time lapse from last night's NLC (21:38 UTC till 22:19 UTC), including 50 individual frames. I had to play with the camera settings (ISO and exposure time) during imaging, which explains the changes in brightness: youtu.be/T9QFdLXptpo

Hi Mathias,
Nice timelapse. Great location with dark skies and a fine horizon.
Jimmy.
