Hello : ) I walked through the house at 3am and immediately realised there was too much white light coming from the dawn direction; strong NLC display low but bright. It peaked about 3:40am; still very much northerly direction but very bright and plenty of it. It started in the north polar direction and gradually expanded south over the duration, but did not reach more than about 50 degrees above the horizon. Beautiful display, all sorts of shapes, interactions and distortions visible, next time I'll try a video... Taken from the front of my house, Paignton, S.Devon, UK - Nikon D3200 with Nikkor 300mm and Nikon 18-52mm, one single image and two Photoshop photo-merge panorama's, little bit of raw processing to make the best of them. Very high resolution images; worth downloading so you can zoom in: .jpg) .jpg) .jpg)

Nice Images Sonic,
Also seen from Carshalton, Surrey England though there was some lower cloud interfering with the view. Best ( and only !) NLC I have seen this year.
Regards
John
