Wow Pete, these are amazing! I'm so jealous of all you guys with lovely locations like this to observe from. Being that I'm female.......I hate the thought of trotting off somewhere dark and secluded on my own lol, my hubby has absolutely NO interest in NLC and won't drive off in the middle of the night to 'stare at the sky' (tho he'll happily sit on the edge of a lake like a garden gnome catching fish that he just throws back in anyway). I really should find out if there's other people in my area interested in these so we could maybe go out as a group to observe.

Nothing at all tonight! How strange... Heaven31, if you go out alone the chances are people will be more scared of You as you shout at the sky! PeteG

Superb images Pete, that panoramic view was very well done. Nice to see some atmospheric Neolithic in the view to frame those wonderful clouds Mark

Nothing again tonight (so far) I went to the west Kennet Longbarrow for some more Neolithic atmosphere but nothing Maybe tomorrow.... Pete Ps. Yes I used PTGui for the Panoramic. For a tour of the inside of Silbury hill check out my pages here www.peteglastonbury.plus.com/Hdr/Silbury/Silbury.htm(Some browsers try to block it as a pop up or warn of bad coding, just ignore it, most browsers haven't caught up with floating point jpegs yet.)
